Cancellation Policy
ML School Year Calendar & Scheduling Policy (School Year 2026/2027) 1. School Holidays: - Christmas Holidays: Dec 21, 2026 – Jan 6, 2027 - Easter Holidays: Mar 20 – Apr 2, 2027 - Summer Holidays: Jul 12 – Aug 22, 2027 2. Rescheduling: A booked lesson can be cancelled and rescheduled to another date by direct arrangement with Mirco Lieber (e.g. via WhatsApp or email) up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment at the latest. Rescheduled lessons must be made up within the term of the booked package (Trimester: 3 months, Half-year: 6 months, Annual contract: 12 months). Carrying over unused lessons beyond the end of the contract term is not possible unless otherwise individually agreed. For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, the lesson counts as held. 3. Contract Term & Cancellation: Early termination of the contract during the current term (trimester, half-year, or year) is excluded. The contract automatically renews for the same booked term unless cancelled at least 4 weeks before the end of the current term. 4. Package Changes: Switching to a longer-running package (upgrade) is possible free of charge at any time during the current contract term. Switching to a shorter-running package (downgrade) is also possible; a processing fee of €10 is charged for this, and the months already used will be additionally billed at the original rate of the shorter package.
